The company pavilion saw a constant flow of national and international buyers, attracted not only by the Group&#8217;s established products, but especially by the new offerings presented in the seafood and ice cream segments. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New frontiers in fresh desserts<\/strong><br\/>Among the fair&#8217;s highlights are the fresh desserts, four original creations developed by Mancuso Group&#8217;s research and development department:<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li><em>Dubai Chocolate<\/em>, a sensory journey combining dark cocoa and oriental spices;<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><em>Tiramis\u00f9<\/em>, a modern reinterpretation of the Italian classic;<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><em>Torta della nonna<\/em>, with lemon cream and crunchy pine nuts;<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><em>Cannolo<\/em>, a crispy wafer filled with ricotta cream.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latter was awarded first prize for innovation at the prestigious Better Future Award 2025, promoted by GDO Week and Mark Up magazines, recognizing Mancuso Group&#8217;s commitment to creativity and sustainability.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Excellence and health in fresh seafood<\/strong><br\/>The area dedicated to the seafood segment captured the interest of numerous operators seeking quality and transparency. Two cutting-edge lines were presented: <\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>the new range of ready-to-eat seafood specialties, selected and packaged to ensure freshness and convenience;<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>the premium line rich in Omega-3, designed for health-conscious consumers focused on wellbeing.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The carefully managed supply chain, from responsible fishing to processing in certified facilities, generated numerous partnership requests, consolidating Mancuso Group&#8217;s reputation as a leading player in the fresh seafood market.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gelato as the undisputed star<\/strong><br\/>Great excitement also in the gelato area of Mancuso Gelati Italiani 1920: the artisanal gelato bases drew long lines of visitors eager to taste both beloved flavors, such as Stracciatella del Nonno, and innovative offerings like Yuzu and Pink Pepper. Each day, our gelato proved to be one of the event&#8217;s most popular attractions, thanks to artisanal production methods that showcase high-quality raw materials. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Future prospects and projects<\/strong><br\/>The response received at TUTTOFOOD Milano 2025 strengthens Mancuso Group&#8217;s diversification and innovation strategy. In the coming months, the company will launch the rollout of the new lines both in the domestic market and abroad, continuing to focus on quality, transparency, and environmental sustainability.
